a Yoga Teacher, Energy Healer & Emotional Release Guide.
Life is a journey of deep connection, and I see myself as a guide supporting you in coming home to your body, mind, and energy.
My mission is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom—the part of you that already knows the way.
When you cultivate presence and balance, you create space for more authenticity, peace, and fulfillment in your life.
I used to be deeply connected to my thoughts but felt disconnected from my body. Over the years, my yoga practice and mindfulness tools have helped me cultivate a deeper connection. I now prioritize practices that bring me back to presence. Yoga and mindfulness are my anchors, and they allow me to truly feel and be in my body.
My exploration of holistic healing modalities, like Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy, has deepened my belief that when we experience blockages, we fall out of flow, leading to mental and physical discomfort. Through my practices, I aim to help others experience balance and healing.
My work is centered around helping people come home to themselves – to feel at ease in their body and mind. I believe healing begins with deep relaxation, presence, and reconnection.
Through yoga, mindfulness, Reiki, Craniosacral Balancing, and Emotional Body Release Coaching, I support others in activating their self-healing power. These practices help release stuck emotions and energetic blockages, reduce physical pain, and restore the body’s natural balance.
I see myself as a mediator and caretaker, creating a safe and nurturing space where healing can unfold naturally. My goal is to help each person feel whole, grounded, and truly at home within themselves.
Transparency
Healing happens at your own pace. Be patient with yourself; it will be worth it.
Gentleness – Transformation doesn’t have to be intense or painful. True change happens in softness.
Empowerment
I aim to equip you with tools to support your own healing journey. Healing is something you cultivate within yourself.
Personalized guidance is very important to me. To ensure individual attention, my group sessions are typically limited to 4–10 people.
Learning and healing are most effective when you feel comfortable with the language. That’s why all my services are available in English, German, and Spanish.
In addition to my group classes and retreats, I offer personalized yoga sessions, treatments, and coaching—both in person and online.
All my services are available both in person and online, offering you the flexibility to choose what suits you best.
I offer practices that I have personally experienced and fully trust.
I began my yoga journey for my own growth, and it was only later that I discovered the joy of sharing it with others.
I teach both Hatha Yoga for strength and alignment, and Yin Yoga for deep relaxation and flexibility.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that taps into the body’s natural ability to heal by balancing energy.
It can be done with or without physical touch, promoting relaxation and healing on both physical and emotional levels.
Craniosacral Balancing is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that releases tension deep within the body to improve the central nervous system’s function.
It supports emotional healing by releasing blockages stored in the body.
Mindfulness helps you remain present and fully engaged with each moment. Whether it’s breathing exercises or simple awareness techniques, mindfulness becomes a tool for reducing stress and improving emotional regulation. In mindfulness coaching, I help you integrate these tools into your daily life, providing practical support for managing stress, anxiety, and chronic pain.
Unprocessed emotions and energetic blockages can manifest as physical discomfort, stress, or a sense of disconnection. Emotional Release Therapy is a gentle, transformative approach that helps you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, guiding you toward healing.
How it works:
You are guided into deep relaxation. Tune into the physical sensations and emotions present in your body. With mindful attention, you observe, accept, and communicate with these emotions without judgment. You discover what your body needs to restore balance and well-being.
